This liberating practice frees trapped emotions , releases old emotional wounds and makes room for the person we want to express.

SHADOW WALKING
We all have a library of stories that we have collected over time. These stories lie in our subconscious and rule our actions and automatic responses often keeping us in unhealthy habits and behavioural loops. A Shadow Walk, takes us into this library to learn and rewrite the true story of who we are. We get there through a deep, breathwork practice into the body archives.

We are an inclusive, non-judgmental, trauma-aware space rooted in both science-based practices and soul work for feeling through this human experience with support, connection and ever-expandingĀ consciousness.Ā

WHAT WE WILL SURRENDER
There’s a place we havenāt fully reached yet, but feel the pull towards it. We feel this place in the body as a felt sense of abundance and higher frequency. It is what leads us to continually change and grow. That’s where we’re going and we have to surrender to our vulnerability to get there. Shedding our old skin, our imprinted cells, our conditioned behaviors, our familiar places.
This is the surrendering of belief systems, cultural narratives, negative feedback loops and emotional armor.
This is both a deep clearing and an activation of true embodiment. This includes emotional alchemy, energy/frequency medicine, heart centeredĀ guidance, somatic practices, vulnerable expression, cold therapy and breathwork.
WHAT TO EXPECT
By the end of this day you will be flying high on happy hormones and have a deep sense of what it feels like to achieve greatness and deep release. You will hold the space to understand that we are capable of feeling many things at once – exhaustion, relief, exhilaration and deep love for all that you are capable of.Ā
This type of training rewires our neurobiology, creating the change we want to see and the feelings we want to experience more of. It is necessary to maintain these experiences to fully change our biology and we do this through repetition and integration. You will be given practices to follow to keep you growing in this flow frequency.

THE COLD CAMP EXPERIENCE
Cold plunging is usually described as shocking, refreshing, and invigorating. The sudden change in temperature can cause you to feel a rush of adrenaline and a release of endorphins, which can lead to feelings of euphoria and increased energy levels. At the same time, your body will likely experience intense sensations of coldness, including shivering and tightness in your muscles. Some people enjoy the way this feels and find it to be a helpful way to boost their mood and energy levels and others need to pull the plug because of the discomfort. Every experince is met with an open heart of non-judgement. You do you always.

HOW TO PREPARE + WHAT TO BRING
We recommend cold therapy be practiced away from any pain medications (both over the counter and prescribed). Please let us know if you are concerned your medications may interfere in your enjoyment so we can safely guide you on this journey.
Drug and Alcohol use is not permitted and will result in your immediate removal from the space
We advise participants not to eat a big meal at least 2 hours before class. Hydrating is essential. Participants should bring water with them.

WHO SHOULD REFRAIN
When to Avoid Cold Therapy:
If you have any concerns about Cold Therapy or any serious medical disease then please seek medical supervision from your health care provider(s) before participating. We cannot take liability for any harm caused.
Please note, for your benefit, we advise anyone with any condition listed below (Contraindications 1), to refrain from our practices.
CONTRAINDICATIONS:
Cold Therapy is contraindicated in the case of:
Pregnancy
Acute somatic and viral diseases
Individual intolerance of oxygen insufficiency
Deep vein thrombosis
Peripheral vascular disease
Skin sensation impairment (diabetic residents)
Migraines
Hypersensitivity to cold, such as Raynaudās phenomenon, cold urticaria, cryoglobulinemia, and paroxysmal cold hemoglobinuria
History of COVID-19 vaccine harm including myocarditis, pericarditis or neurological damage
High Blood Pressure
Any Heart Conditions including stroke, heart attack, pacemaker or arrhythmia
After cold therapy, it is normal to have temporary numbness. If there is persistent numbness, pain or severe discomfort, seek the assistance of a healthcare provider promptly.

We are co-creating this resource together.
We are a team of women, each having personally guided groups in vulnerable practices and personal, in-depth sessions. We understand the importance of co-regulation as guides in this space. We also know our scope of practice and acute trauma is not apart of what we are trained in. We are conscious of the repeating patterns and behaviors that develop because of our lived experinence and this is where we practice – in helping you rebuild. Need help here
