resiliency on the rocks
a guided, group coaching empowerment plunge into the cold and into your power
NEXT PLUNGE: Saturday, April 15th, 2023!
* Please make sure to read the disclaimer HERE to make sure cold therapy is right for you.
This group coaching and kinship circle connects us to our resilient center and to one another in an empowering and exhilarating experience in breath and body.
This is where the human spirit meets the power of the body and we fully feel and expand beyond our limits. Ice baths have been used throughout history for mental and physical conditioning with science now catching up to the extensive benefits.
Cold therapy is a form of Acceptance Training that challenges our boundaries, limiting beliefs and the power of accepting the uncomfortable as a way to rewire our brain and upgrade our biology.
We only grow outside of our comfort zone and oh, we are going there.
WHO IS THIS FOR?
Cold Camp is for brave and boundless humans looking to get out of their heads and into their bodies to explore their resiliency and higher states of being.
By the end of this camp you will be flying high on happy hormones and have a deep sense of what it feels like to achieve greatness. This type of training rewires our neurobiology, creating the change we want to see and the feelings we want to experience more of. It is necessary to maintain these experiences to fully change our biology and we do this through repetition and integration. You will be given practices to follow to keep you growing in the flow-zone.
Cold therapy delivers a deep understanding of how to use your biology to change your mind; allowing for a larger “Window of Tolerance”. This is where we feel most comfortable with the ups and downs of life. Everyone has a range of intensities of emotional experience which they can comfortably experience, process, and integrate.
THE ELEMENTS OF COLD THERAPY
Cold Camp allows a felt-sense of exhilaration that draws from the complete balance of the 5 Elements: Earth, Fire, Air, Water and Spirit.
We begin with grounding our bodies in movement followed by heating the body with breath. With our bodies well prepared, we move outside for the empowerment plunge into the ice. We plunge and breathe through the experience. Then back inside for a warming, adaptogenic tonic and end the circle with an upgraded mood, energized body and an electrified group connection.

THIS IS HOW WE DO IT…
BREATHWORK
We use our breath to warm our bodies, connect to our center of resiliency and reach deeper into our human capacity.
MOVEMENT
Natural movement practices prepare the body to endure the cold by increasing our circulation and quieting the mind.
COLD PLUNGE
The cold becomes our teacher as we plunge into places that are uncomfortable, but overcome-able. This is a biological upgrade.
SOUND FREQUENCY
Frequency affects our subtle body, our energetic signature. Sound moves us on a subconscious level, upgrading our mood and biology.
KINSHIP
Cold Camp is created to witness the power of Group Intention. This collective intention harnesses the power to heal both you and others simultaneously as we work together on the challenges we all face.
INTEGRATION
This is an integral part of the change you want to see. Cold Camp is the catalyst to feel the change, but daily work is needed to continue to grow into this new state of being. We provide you with a follow-up program to follow and also offer 1:1 sessions to take this work deeper.
COLD THERAPY BENEFITS
Cold therapy goes deep! The benefits of the cold get right to the core of our physical and mental bodies.

Celeste
Breathworker & Somatic Anxiety Practitioner
Welcome to this brave space brave human! I have been called to bravely show up in my life and face unexpected challenges like all of you here. It’s been close to two decades since I birthed a baby… and a mom… and the unexpected presence of wildfire, postpartum anxiety. This time would end up being the toughest masterclass in anxiety (that which I never signed up for). Little did I know in those horrific, hell-moments of what felt like my life force was being stolen from me, that this would lead to a massive expansion in understanding the very challenging human experience of anxiety. This difficult experience has been the most rewarding and invaluable gift I could ever receive – gifting me the perseverance I would have not thought possible, bona fide gratitude for peaceful moments and an emotional awareness that serves me, my family, my children, and the generations to come.
My stories and studies have led me to become a Somatic Anxiety Practitioner on a mission to change the way we understand and feel through anxiety by using the intelligence of our nervous system to retrain the brain. When we work on conditioning our nervous system, we are able to achieve more flow between challenging moments in our lives with less anxiety, struggle and stress. There is a way through and that is by exploring new terrain and the wisdom of the body.
My work combines anxiety and stress education with whole-body practices rooted in Nervous System Intelligence, Shadow Work and Heart Coherence. I am a Certified Breathworker specializing in Functional Breathing, Nervous System Intelligence (Polyvagal Theory), Heart Coherence and Cold Therapy.

SHAWNNA
NASM Certified Personal Trainer + Group Fitness Instructor
I have been deeply involved in fitness my entire life. Growing up as a high level athlete, fitness has always been my passion. Since I can remember, I have had a deep love of movement, and for pushing the capacities of my physical body.
I became a fitness coach in 2010 and have continued to deepen my knowledge of fitness and health since that time. I received my certification through the National Academy of Sports medicine (NASM). I have also continued my education, delving deeper into other healing modalities, such as breathwork, yoga, and meditative movement practices. Recently branching out to begin my journey as a Yoga teacher which has been deeply fulfilling to me.
I am excited to combine the two; my love and understanding of fitness, the physical body, and my love for spiritual healing, growth, and soul work.
I have always had a deep understanding of people, and a deep desire to connect. I believe this is what sets me apart from other coaches.
I am not trying to be like anything I have seen before. This is something I have actually struggled with. To really put a “name” to what I am doing, or what I want this all to grow into. But I think that’s the beauty of it all. That this is meant to grow, stretch, and transform as I do, and as my clients do along the way.
HAPPY CAMPERS…

MORE ABOUT COLD CAMP

THE COLD CAMP EXPERIENCE
Cold plunging is usually described as shocking, refreshing, and invigorating. The sudden change in temperature can cause you to feel a rush of adrenaline and a release of endorphins, which can lead to feelings of euphoria and increased energy levels. At the same time, your body will likely experience intense sensations of coldness, including shivering and tightness in your muscles. Some people enjoy the way this feels and find it to be a helpful way to boost their mood and energy levels and others need to pull the plug because of the discomfort. Every experince is met with an open heart of non-judgement. You do you always.
